How many Collections are there?

There are 3 Collections, the Ego, the Attitude and the NEW Spirit Collection.

Which design has pockets?

All 4 styles in the Ego Collection have hidden side pockets. The Attitude Collection does not have pockets. The Spirit Collection has patch pockets.

How often do you rotate the artist work?

We get our photographs printed onto fabric, work with local artists or use fabric we find that is pretty, unique or weird and think will look cool. We release new art pieces for the different collections regularly depending on the Artist and the size of their collection. Follow along to see when the next release will be on Instagram, facebook or the newsletter.

Once we have the art created, we get it printed onto fabric, and I make up some beautiful designs in each print to sell online and at shows. We only buy a limited amount of fabric to keep all designs unique, so you better get in fast if you love a specific print.

Are there Ready to Wear Designs?

We believe in Slow fashion and are trying to reduce our waste, so all designs are made to order (2-3 week wait). When we create designs for a photo shoot, we sell these at shows and festivals. If you are interested in any Ready To Wear designs, then email me, and I will be happy to help.

We will also promote them on Facebook and Instagram, so remember to like us to keep up to date. These designs are still super unique; they have already been made and are only available in the specified size.

Who are the feature Artists?

The flattering designs of Untamed combine with talented artists to create one of a kind pieces for the back panel on the Ego Collection and Spirit Collection. Each Featured Artist is only available for a limited time.

I am an artists and would love to find out more about collaborating?

If you are an artist and want to find out more about designing for Untamed then please send me an email at info@untamedfernie.com. We love seeing different peoples art come alive on our designs.

What if I do not fit into the size ranges?

If you do not fit into the size chart, then please send an email to discuss a custom size. Simple alterations are free; anything else will be charged according to how long they take.

It is always best to go with your bust measurements because there are gathers in the hips and the designs are meant to be worn tight.

If you are unsure you can leave your Bust, Waist and Hip measurements when checking out.

Does the Ego come in different lengths?

All the Ego design are 23'' from your underarm if you would like it longer or shorter please send an email and we can chat about finding you the perfect length. Changing the length is a free alteration.

Does the Attitude come in different lengths?

No. It is 28" from the underarm, so you can wear it as a dress or scrunch up the gathers to suit you. That's the great thing about the Attitude, you can make it work for your style, size and height.

Does the Spirit come in different lengths?

All designs are 20" from your waist, perfect for over leggings, or you can select a longer length at checkout, and it will be 23" from your waist $10 extra. All pictures on the website are the regular length at 20'' from your waist.

Where are the designs made?

All designs are made in Fernie, British Columbia Canada.

Is there a Untamed Store?

No, we do not have a store in Fernie, but you can order online and then pick up from my studio to save on shipping. Any questions please do not hesitate to get in contact info@untamedfernie.com

Can I only buy online?

The team at Untamed travel around Western Canada going to different shows and festivals. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date and see if I am coming to your area.

If you know of any great events that you think would be a great fit, please let us know.

When will I receive my design?

We are a small company and believe in slow fashion and reducing our footprint, so all orders are made to order and have a 2-4 week wait depending on the season.

If you want your order by a specific time or event, get in touch; I get it, and I am happy to try to get your order to you on time.

You will receive an email when your order is on its way to you.

Please note, we ship using Canada Post. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages.

What are my payment options?

All prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard.

What are the care instructions?

Your creation can be washed and dried as many times as you like, it will not stretch, shrink or fade.

Like most fabrics, the colours last longer and the stretch will stay new if washed in cold and either hung to dry or dried on low heat.

So we always recommend wash on cold and hung to dry and you will be able to rock your Untamed design for years to come.

Shipping or pick up?

If you want to pick up your design, then tick 'PICK UP' under shipping options when checking out and write a note saying where you would like to pick it up from; it can be here in Fernie, BC, where I live or when I am at one of my shows. Check out which shows we will be heading to see if Untamed is coming to your area.

What is the refund policy?

At Untamed, we stand behind our products and want you to love your creation as much as we love making them. If there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to work with you to find a resolution. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in contact info@untamedfernie.com
