My entire life, I’ve struggled with balance, especially with exercise and healthy habits. Balance is hard, and the more encouragement and cheering we can all do for each other, the more successful we will be.

It’s funny to me that selfies sometimes get flack, people critiquing them as narcissistic or someone full of them themselves. I know I’ve had cruel messages like that anyways.

It might seem crazy to be thinking about garden planning in February, But to any seasoned gardeners out there, you’ll know that I’m already running behind!

Do you ever feel like every day is spent just treading water instead of getting to the island where all your desires, goals, passions and unfulfilled dreams await you?

I am not who I was when 2020 started. I’ve grown, I’ve battled, I’ve changed. For better and for worse and that’s ok!

When you begin to think your job or purpose is obsolete all those inner critics really have a field day. It doesn’t take a pandemic for them to get vocal anyway, oh no.

Now that we know better though, we can do better. Have you started living more toxin-free yet? I 'm not perfect, but I believe it's all about progress over perfection! 

There is nothing that can break my mood faster than a simple try on session. I am literally every woman in sizes and for some reason I let it define me. 

Do you want to feel empowered to live life on your own terms, where you are in the driver’s seat and have the confidence to take on any challenge?

It doesn’t matter what size I am, how many salads I’ve eaten or squats I’ve tortured through to prepare, my mind always gets the best of me.
