So you are pregnant-Congrats! I am 39 weeks, a nutritinist and I started off with the best of intentions to have the healthiest pregnancy possible, but

I wake up every day knowing that I have the ability, not to only change lives, but to save lives including my own. Definitely worth getting out of bed for!

It doesn’t matter what size I am, how many salads I’ve eaten or squats I’ve tortured through to prepare, my mind always gets the best of me.
